A Field Executive for an advertising or marketing agency is responsible for on-ground lead generation, client onboarding, and executing promotional campaigns. The core requirement criteria encompass

Core Requirement Criteria1. Education & Experience: Minimum Education: 10th or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Essential Skills:Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication in both English and the local language (e.g., Hindi for Raebareli/UP) to convince business owners of ad packages.

Local Market Awareness: Familiarity with the assigned territory (e.g., local business hubs and high-traffic commercial zones).

Persuasion & Resilience: The ability to handle rejection, conduct cold calls, and confidently explain various marketing packages.

Tech-Savviness: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using CRM or reporting apps on smartphones

Minimum Qualification 10th Pass. Good Communication Skill , 5 Days Working , Attractive Commission
